The invented method is intended to address adhesion problem of the piercer guide plates(discs). Smooth piercing operation was achieved to drastically cut production cost and reduce defects of the titanium tube. Meanwhile, the new method enables the hot rolling mill equipped with the piercing device to perform piercing and sizing operation so as to produce a high precision pure titanium seamless tube directly from one production stream.
