| On March 28th, Chief Engineer Yang Shangming of China International Engineering Consulting Corporation(CIECC), along with relevant leaders from the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, paid an investigation visit to PISI. Mr. Xie Qichun, member of the CPC standing committee and deputy general manager of Pansteel, and Mr. Xin Hongbin, secretary of the CPC committee and executive director of the institute, accompanied the visit.
CIECC is a national high-end think tank and one of the largest central enterprises engaged in comprehensive engineering consulting in China. It is a pioneer in promoting scientific and democratic decision-making in the field of investment and construction. Its business scope covers major sectors of the national economy, with sound quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety management systems. Mr. Yang Shangming and his delegation visited the Titanium-Steel Joint Laboratory and the Titanium Precision Casting Laboratory. The purpose of their visit to Panzhihua was to conduct research on the high-quality development and utilization of strategic resources, while seeking various forms of cooperation with Pansteel. |
